Angela Weber

Employment lawyer Angela Weber is a Partner in the Employee Relations and Safety team at King & Wood Mallesons in Sydney, advising organisations on workplace law, industrial relations and workplace health and safety. She lived at John XXIII College from 2006 to 2008 while studying at the Australian National University, where she began the legal pathway that would lead to her work at the forefront of workplace regulation and reform.
Angela specialises in employment law, workplace health and safety (WHS), industrial relations and related litigation and advisory matters, supporting organisations to navigate complex legal and cultural challenges in the workplace. Since 2022, she has worked closely with clients implementing the Respect@Work reforms, helping organisations strengthen governance frameworks, conduct sensitive workplace investigations and deliver training across all levels of leadership. She is recognised for her expertise in trauma-informed investigations and for advising on compliance across Australia’s evolving workplace safety and discrimination laws.
Angela also contributes to broader professional conversations on workplace culture and safety. She co-authored a practical guide to the WHS (Sexual and Gender-based Harassment) Code of Practice 2025 and regularly shares insights through King & Wood Mallesons’ public webinars and publications on emerging workplace issues. Alongside her legal practice, she balances professional life with family life as a mum, wife and lawyer, remaining committed to creating safer, fairer workplaces across Australia.
